Tot Trippett proves top notch in Star Pelaw Vase heat action

COMPETITION action returned to Star Pelaw for the first time since last autumn's takeover by Star Sports with three heats of the Bet Aways & Sports Events With Star Sports On-Course Vase over 435m.
The times got progressively quicker with Steve Naylor's Catunda Maura taking the opener in 26.09sec, Martin Stout's Hillside Lily the second in 25.63sec and Ian Hopper's Tot Trippett the finale in 25.51sec.
