Romeo Command has to battle but goes best in Yorkshire Derby
ROMEO COMMAND was made to work hard bv kennelmate Droopys Doughnut but was still the standard-setter in round one of the Yorkshire Derby over 483m at Doncaster with a 29.24sec (normal)success.
The other highlight was a Tom Heilbron double courtesy of Greenwell Coe (29.31sec) and Untold Euro (29.38sec).
That was a feat emulated by Laurence Tuffin in the BGBF British Bred St Leger heats over 661m thanks to a best-of-night 41.69sec from reigning champion Fabulous Dyna and Romeo Nitro's 42.82sec success.
