Marco looks the man at Oxford and can open top-grade account

HITTHELIDS MARCO did not really figure in his first top grade appearance last time but had been progressing rapidly before that and is worth another chance in Oxford's A1 over 450m at 4.56.

Nick Deas' charge, unusually, made his debut at the track over six bends in open company but dropping in class and trick did the trick with runaway A4 then A2 victories.

This looks a slightly lesser challenge than the one he faced on his latest start and a decent exit can see him in charge before the opening turn from which position he should be very tough to beat.

There are morning and evening meetings at Harlow with Debbie Hurlock's Cheetara (12.46) and Di Jinks' Signet Toofy (8.34) the picks, while Derek Kehoe's Slaneyside Super (11.47), Debbie Calvert's Icecool Bluebell (4.07) and Kim Gooding's Shockwave Sycuan (6.07) can score at Youghal, Doncaster and Towcester respectively.
