Cutacross can prove a shortcut to success at Towcester again
CUTACROSS SHORTY is enjoying the best spell of his career since going four from seven at the very start of it and another success is on the cards in Towcester's D1 over 270m at 4.26.
Michelle Brown's sprinter has won three of his last five graded races, all at this level, including a best calculated time of 15.76sec when scoring on 7th January.
He was forced to dig in to land his latest race in a photo but the time was again good and he battled to the lead having been out-trapped so it merely confirmed what good heart he is in.
There are morning and evening Wednesday SIS meetings at Harlow with Dave Carter's Swift Waffle (12.46) and Colin Dibb's Winehouse Dream (8.16) the picks.
Andrew Murray's Gortkelly Carey (1.29) appeals at Kilkenny with Leigh Williams' Tobergal Suzanne (3.03) looking best at Valley.
