Bockos Diamond goes best as Juvenile hopefuls clock in

BOCKOS DIAMOND sparkled once again as the Star Sports English Derby outright favourite headed a cast of stars in trials before racing at Towcester on Sunday.

Graham Holland's Irish Derby champion had posted 28.85sec (normal) in his first look at the track a fortnight ago and improved that to 28.51sec (+10) as he completed his preparations for a racing return in the Time Juvenile Championship on Easter Sunday.

He flew the lids to register an incredible 3.93sec sectional and again made for the inside on the run to, and at, the first bend before taking a more middle course along the back straight.

Fellow Juvenile entries Wicky Ned (28.56sec), Proper Heiress (28.69sec) and March On Freddie (28.71sec) also moved well in their workouts.
